Every job is different, so we quote each one. It is always free and there is no pressure.
What affects the price
How we quote
We do not post a flat rate because a single couch and a full house cleanout are very different jobs. Here is what goes into your number.
How much there is
The volume of what is going is the biggest factor. A few items cost less than a full garage.
What it is
Heavy items like appliances, scrap metal, and construction debris take more effort and can cost more to dispose of.
How hard it is to reach
Stairs, basements, and long carries take more time than a pile at the curb.
Where the job is
We serve Kansas City, MO and KS and about 30 miles around. Jobs far from the city may include a travel charge, and we will tell you up front.
Disposal
Brush, junk, and scrap go to different places, and some have disposal fees. We include that in the quote so there are no surprises.
